Description

  • Manage a portfolio of assigned enterprise accounts, including leading organizations across industries such as financial services, insurance, pharmaceuticals, transportation, manufacturing, and technology.
  • Understand customer use cases and business outcomes and help licensed users achieve those goals through Dataiku’s products and services.
  • Translate customer business needs into data science solutions and support value assessments and efficiency improvement analysis.
  • Guide customers on implementing data science projects from design through production while supporting adoption and growth strategies.
  • Plan and run customer engagement activities such as Success Reviews, user community events, and participation in Dataiku community events.
  • Use customer health analytics to identify expansion opportunities as well as downsell and churn risks.
  • Collaborate with Dataiku’s Sales team to support renewals and grow customer relationships.
  • Serve as the internal voice of the customer while coordinating with Dataiku teams and partners to exceed expectations.

Requirements

  • 7-15 years of prior account management, customer success, or consulting experience, preferably in enterprise software or data science.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills and extraordinary listening skills.
  • Ability to speak effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including business executives, data scientists, analysts, and IT teams.
  • Strong knowledge of the data science project lifecycle.
  • Proven experience supporting organizations along their AI maturity curve.
  • Must be currently based on the East Coast, with Northeastern location preferred.
