Description

  • Analyze data using statistical techniques and deliver clear, actionable reports.
  • Design, develop, and maintain databases and data collection systems to improve data quality and efficiency.
  • Extract, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and correlations in complex datasets to support business initiatives.
  • Maintain and enhance reporting tools and dashboards to keep data flowing and usable.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand information needs and support business objectives.
  • Document and update standard operating procedures for data tasks and reporting processes.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
  • Ensure assigned tasks are completed accurately and on time with a high standard of quality.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and macros.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with large datasets and multiple data sources.
  • Ability to communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated with strong ownership and attention to detail.
  • Must have a hard-wired ethernet connection for remote work.
  • Must have a safe and secure workspace.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality in a remote setting.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is preferred.
  • Familiarity with SQL or other query languages is preferred.
  • Exposure to Python, R, or other data analysis tools is preferred.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced or cross-functional environment is preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft SharePoint and the broader Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
