Description

  • Prospect into large Fortune 1000 companies while running an efficient sales process.
  • Maintain, build, and own relationship maps for your territory, including existing relationships and aspirational contacts.
  • Develop a deep understanding of each customer's business and buying drivers.
  • Negotiate pricing and business terms with large commercial enterprises by selling value and ROI.
  • Manage existing customer expectations while expanding reach and depth within the assigned territory.
  • Demonstrate resourcefulness when faced with complex challenges that do not have easy solutions.
  • Identify the key business drivers behind each opportunity.
  • Ensure high forecasting accuracy and consistency.
  • Build and close new business with strategic customers and prospects.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of closing experience, with a mix of field selling in mid-market and enterprise.
  • Proven success meeting or exceeding direct sales goals of $1M+ with average deal sizes of $100K+.
  • Ability to prospect and build pipeline independently.
  • Experience working for an innovative tech company, with SaaS, IT infrastructure, or similar preferred.
  • Experience selling into large Fortune 1000 companies and winning new logos.
  • Regular travel to client sites within your area and other regions as needed.
  • Passion for technology and willingness to grow skills, even if you do not meet every qualification on day one.
