Description

  • Own and scale strategic ISV go-to-market partnerships and manage key partner alliance and field relationships.
  • Partner closely with Datadog Product on co-build and co-innovation priorities and drive revenue for new solutions into the sales field.
  • Develop and execute a global but locally adapted go-to-market plan with Channels and Alliances teams.
  • Identify and execute joint business opportunities, including Power of 3 campaigns with reseller and SI partners.
  • Ensure Datadog leverages ISV partner programs and go-to-market funding opportunities.
  • Create new routes to market, including joint product listings on cloud marketplaces.
  • Develop sales playbooks and partner messaging with Product and Marketing teams.
  • Train and support global Channels & Alliances and field sales teams on partnership benefits, co-sell motions, and offerings.
  • Track partnership performance using pipeline, revenue, and incentive metrics, and present results to leadership.
  • Continuously refine partnership strategy to maximize impact and revenue growth.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of partner-facing business development, strategic alliances, or channel sales experience at a SaaS or cloud organization.
  • Experience working in a global role with local internal teams.
  • Proven ability to drive sales, partner-sourced, and partner-influenced opportunities.
  • Experience working with Product organizations in complex technology areas such as AI or security.
  • Ability to quickly understand technical concepts and explain them clearly verbally and in writing.
  • Experience with Technology, Cloud, and/or ISV alliances is a plus.
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking and execution-focused leadership in partner GTM programs.
