Description

  • Respond to client requests and support customers on a fast-paced team.
  • Educate clients on how to use the Datadog platform.
  • Reproduce issues and investigate Datadog’s 400+ integrations.
  • Create documentation and knowledge base articles across a range of technologies.
  • Drive product conversations based on customer needs and recurring problems.
  • Share technical and product expertise through demos, presentations, technical evaluations, and ongoing support.

Requirements

  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous learning.
  • Strong critical thinking skills with a client-centric approach.
  • Some programming experience and basic knowledge of Linux.
  • Ability to work a rotating schedule with weekend availability.
  • CS or Engineering major is a plus.
  • Active contribution to open-source projects or engineering communities is a plus.
  • Interest in starting your own company someday is a bonus.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, globally distributed team.
