Description

  • Create regional field marketing plans using local market knowledge and collaborate with Demand Gen, Marketing Operations, and Partner Marketing to define KPIs, goals, forecasts, workflows, and enablement plans.
  • Build, own, and execute a pipeline-focused strategy that drives leads for the sales team and raises Datadog awareness across LATAM South.
  • Develop and deploy field events and programs designed to deliver timely, high-quality leads.
  • Regionalize content and optimize messaging with US-based demand generation teams for landing pages, email marketing, and paid ads to drive audience acquisition and engagement.
  • Monitor and evaluate the success of field programs and channels to inform future plans, roadmaps, and ROI optimization.
  • Serve as a strategic GTM partner by communicating the full marketing strategy, providing actionable resources, and sharing analysis on buyer interest in the region.
  • Proactively collaborate with partner, sponsored event, and customer event marketing teams to integrate and enhance existing programs.
  • Maintain strong organizational discipline to manage multiple projects, business partners, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Gain and maintain comprehensive understanding of Datadog’s products, market positioning, competition, and Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of relevant field marketing experience in B2B SaaS marketing to enterprise customers.
  • Native Spanish language skills and exceptional oral, written, and presentation skills in English.
  • Ability to travel up to 40% of the time.
  • Experience creating regional marketing plans and communicating them to sales teams.
  • Experience with CRM (Salesforce), Google Suite, project management tools, and sales enablement workflows.
  • Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to follow through and meet deadlines while balancing multiple projects and priorities.
  • Proven experience and passion for delivering compelling field event experiences.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills across all levels, including C-suite engagement.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience collecting, analyzing, and sharing program data for pipeline planning.
