Description

  • Serve as the strategy partner and business challenger to the VP of EE/Startup and the leadership team.
  • Redesign operational workflows from first principles, identifying where AI and automation can absorb work and where business judgment is required.
  • Redefine the operating model for a high-volume GTM business, including territory design, new logo motion, hunter/core ratios, ramp models, partner motions, and AI-augmented prospecting.
  • Independently perform analysis on large datasets to inform investment, growth, and capacity decisions.
  • Own reporting, forecasting, territory planning, and quota and productivity modeling for the segment.
  • Run recurring operational cadences such as QBR deep dives, forecast calls, and executive summary reviews.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Planning, Recruiting, Commissions, Marketing, and Partner Ops to resolve business and data issues and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Build AI-powered toolkits and scalable systems that improve efficiency and raise the technical bar for the team.
  • Produce leader-ready decks, executive summaries, and quantitative business cases for senior stakeholders.

Requirements

  • AI fluency and daily use of AI tools such as Codex, Claude, Cursor, Glean, Genie, Databricks Apps, or custom agents.
  • Strong preference for candidates who have built something from scratch in a hyper-growth company, startup chief of staff roles, GTM strategy, or consulting with operational experience.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, data integrity, and ability to deliver zero-defect, exec-facing work on time.
  • Operational ownership mindset with willingness to do the hands-on work, not only design the process.
  • Ability to frame technical work around sales-leader decisions and operate at a strategic level.
  • Strong perspective on how high-volume GTM segments should operate, including scaled coverage, AL pilots, partner-led motions, and programmatic executive engagement.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and environments where the playbook is not already defined.
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills and comfort with newer data tools such as Databricks SQL, Genie, Lakeview, and custom agents.
  • Ability to architect strategy and operationalize it with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including comfort presenting to VPs and BU leadership and creating leader-ready decks and exec summaries.
