Description

  • Own strategic planning for the production site, including staffing, capacity, and production planning, to meet cost, quality, and service targets.
  • Develop and manage short-, medium-, and long-term planning aligned to demand, while identifying risks and defining countermeasures early.
  • Coordinate with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and HR to create realistic, aligned, and executable plans.
  • Analyze KPIs and production data to identify optimization opportunities and implement improvements in productivity, efficiency, and planning reliability.
  • Continuously improve planning, reporting, and governance processes while ensuring high data quality and adherence to standards.
  • Prepare management reports and decision-support materials for site leadership.
  • Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support the ongoing expansion of production sites and contribute to continuous process improvement.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of professional experience in production, capacity, or workforce planning, ideally in a production, FMCG, or supply chain environment.
  • Strong knowledge of production planning, forecasting, capacity planning, and performance management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to present complex topics clearly and derive sound decisions.
  • Confident use of ERP, BI, and/or workforce management systems and very good data analysis skills.
  • Structured, self-directed, and solution-oriented working style with strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Enjoyment of taking responsibility in a dynamic production environment and actively driving change.
