Description

  • Lead the centralized Hardware Test Enterprise Support organization across development testing, instrumentation, data operations, rapid integration and test, and airworthiness.
  • Balance resources, schedules, and priorities across Anduril’s product divisions and shared testing needs.
  • Translate product-specific validation needs into standardized, scalable test processes and workflows.
  • Partner on the strategic vision and infrastructure roadmap for test architecture, physical facilities, environmental labs, and automated test data systems.
  • Lead implementation of new testing facilities and capital equipment, including RFP processes, and onboard acquired teams into the shared testing ecosystem.
  • Negotiate enterprise-level agreements with hardware vendors, instrumentation providers, and third-party test labs.
  • Build a unified enterprise test data platform for ingesting, processing, and visualizing multi-domain test telemetry.
  • Implement business health, productivity, and reporting capabilities for major qualification campaigns and test programs.
  • Optimize test operations, lab capacity, shared asset scheduling, and bottleneck resolution across divisional timelines.
  • Develop and drive a strategic roadmap for enterprise hardware testing capabilities across underwater, surface, land, air, and space domains.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs and SLAs to measure throughput, asset utilization, safety, and operational impact.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in hardware testing, system validation, or multi-disciplinary physical engineering programs.
  • Proven experience leading a centralized, multi-client, or enterprise-level support structure.
  • Deep technical expertise in structural/environmental testing, instrumentation, systems integration (HIL/SIL), and multi-domain regulatory standards.
  • Experience architecting test operations, specialized test labs/facilities, and secure data pipelines for trans-national corporations.
  • Understanding of data residency, ITAR/EAR compliance, and multi-site secure test range operations.
  • Experience with regulated compliance frameworks such as NAVSEA, MIL-STD-810, MIL-HDBK-516, DO-160, or FAA requirements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for translating complex physical requirements into unified testing solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for managing competing priorities and presenting risk, readiness, and compliance status to leadership and military customers.
  • Strong people management skills with the ability to lead, coach, and scale engineering managers and technical leaders.
  • Eligible to obtain up to a Top Secret clearance.
