Description

  • Own strategic planning for the production site, including workforce, capacity, and production planning.
  • Develop and manage short-, mid-, and long-term plans aligned with demand forecasts.
  • Identify planning risks early and implement mitigation plans.
  • Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and HR to build realistic and executable production plans.
  • Analyze operational data and KPIs to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Implement initiatives to improve productivity, efficiency, and planning accuracy.
  • Continuously improve planning, reporting, and governance processes.
  • Ensure high data quality and adherence to established standards.
  • Prepare management reports and decision-making materials for site leadership.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across the production environment.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of professional experience in production planning, capacity planning, workforce planning, or a related role.
  • Experience in a manufacturing, FMCG, or supply chain environment is preferred.
  • Strong expertise in production planning, forecasting, capacity planning, and performance management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn complex data into actionable business insights.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP, Business Intelligence, and/or Workforce Management systems.
  • A structured, proactive, and collaborative working style.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A passion for ownership in a fast-paced production environment and continuous improvement.
  • Language certificates and proof of right to live and work in the respective country may be submitted with the application.
