Description

  • Collaborate with Solutions Architects to understand prioritized customer use case demand plans.
  • Lead post-sale technical account strategy and execution for major Databricks use cases in strategic accounts.
  • Own technical leadership for assigned customers and use cases across multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Drive onboarding, enablement, go-live, and healthy consumption for customer workloads on Databricks.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for technical issues and questions related to production and go-live status.
  • Coordinate with Shared Services, User Education, Support, and expert technical teams to address needs outside your scope.
  • Develop and execute acceleration plans for moving key use cases into production.
  • Partner with Professional Services to create delivery proposals and engagement plans.
  • Navigate Product and Engineering teams for new product innovations, private previews, and upgrade needs.
  • Provide KPI reporting and status updates on customer health, risks, product adoption, and use case progression.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience accountable for technical project or program delivery in Data and AI.
  • Programming experience in Python, SQL, or Scala.
  • Experience in a customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, customer success, or consulting role.
  • Understanding of solution architecture for distributed data systems.
  • Ability to attribute business value and outcomes to specific project deliverables.
  • Experience with technical program or project management, including account, stakeholder, and resource management.
  • Experience resolving complex escalations with senior customer executives.
  • Experience leading open-ended discovery workshops, strategic roadmaps, business analysis, and complex delivery programs or projects.
  • Track record of overachievement against quota, goals, or similar targets.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% when needed.

  • Base pay range of $219,100 to $301,300 USD, depending on location and experience.
