Description

Collaborate with GTM leadership and account teams to design and execute engagement strategies across a defined territory.
Partner with an Account Executive to co-plan coverage across assigned accounts and develop a joint go-to-market strategy.
Create and deliver presentations, demos, and customer-facing assets that support product evaluation and adoption.
Serve as a trusted technical advisor and champion for the Lakebase product line with clients and stakeholders.
Enable clients through workshops and develop collateral that increases technical understanding and thought leadership.
Translate field feedback and customer insights into strategic recommendations for Product and Engineering teams.
Act as the tier-3 escalation point for complex technical issues in mission-critical customer environments.
Work with Global System Integrators and third-party consulting organizations to drive customer outcomes.
Architect solutions that integrate transactional systems into broader Big Data, Lakehouse, and AI ecosystems.

Requirements

10+ years of transactional database (OLTP) experience across engineering, product development, administration, and pre-sales.
Proven track record of designing and delivering client-facing solutions.
Credibility influencing OLTP products and shaping roadmap priorities with market insight.
Experience architecting solutions that integrate transactional data systems with Big Data, Lakehouse, and AI ecosystems.
Infrastructure and platform expertise in disaster recovery, high availability, backup and recovery, scale-out methods, identity and security management, and migrations.
6+ years in a customer-facing pre-sales or consulting role influencing technical executives and driving data strategy and product adoption.
Proven ability to co-plan large territories with Account Executives in cross-functional GTM and R&D environments.
Experience collaborating with Global System Integrators (GSIs) and third-party consulting organizations.
Proficiency in SQL and Python for programming, debugging, and problem-solving.
Hands-on experience building solutions in AWS, Azure, or GCP, with broad experience in at least two of: data engineering, data warehousing, AI, ML, governance, transactional systems, app development, and streaming.
Undergraduate degree or higher in a technical field such as Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or Engineering.
