Description

  • Collaborate with Solutions Architects to understand prioritized customer use cases and demand plans.
  • Lead post-sale technical account strategy and execution for strategic accounts.
  • Serve as the accountable technical lead for assigned use cases across multiple selling teams and internal stakeholders.
  • Drive onboarding, enablement, go-live, and healthy consumption for customer workloads on Databricks.
  • Act as the first point of contact for technical issues and questions related to production and go-live status.
  • Coordinate Shared Services, User Education, Technical Services, Support, and expert resources to resolve tasks outside your scope.
  • Create and own plans for accelerating key use cases into production, including coordination with Professional Services proposals.
  • Work with Product and Engineering teams on new innovations, private previews, and upgrade needs.
  • Develop execution plans covering adoption, enablement, governance, current investment optimization, and production readiness.
  • Provide KPI reporting and status updates on usage, customer health, risks, and use case progression to technical leadership.

Requirements

  • U.S. citizenship is required due to Public Sector client support.
  • 5+ years of experience owning technical project or program delivery in Data and AI.
  • Programming experience in Python, SQL, or Scala.
  • Experience in a customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, customer success, or consulting role.
  • Understanding of solution architecture for distributed data systems.
  • Ability to attribute business value and outcomes to specific project deliverables.
  • Experience in technical program or project management, including account, stakeholder, and resource management.
  • Experience resolving complex escalations with senior customer executives.
  • Experience leading open-ended discovery workshops, strategic roadmaps, business analysis, and complex delivery programs or projects.
  • Track record of overachievement against quota, goals, or similar targets.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% and commute within an hour of the D.C. metro area as needed.

Benefits

  • Base pay range of $180,000 to $247,500 USD for Zone 2.
  • Eligibility for annual performance bonus.
  • Eligibility for equity as part of the total compensation package.
