Description

Develop cutting-edge GenAI solutions for customer use cases using the latest AI research techniques.
Own production rollouts of consumer-facing and internally facing GenAI applications.
Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers across a variety of domains.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to influence priorities and shape the roadmap.
Support internal subject matter expert teams on AI initiatives.
Present technical work at conferences and represent the team as a thought leader internally and externally.

Requirements

Experience building GenAI applications, including RAG, multi-agent systems, Text2SQL, fine-tuning, and related approaches.
Experience with tools such as HuggingFace, LangChain, and DSPy.
Expertise deploying production-grade GenAI applications, including evaluation and optimization.
Extensive hands-on industry data science experience using tools such as pandas, scikit-learn, and PyTorch.
Experience building production-grade machine learning deployments on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Graduate degree in a quantitative discipline such as Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or Operations Research, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience communicating or teaching technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Passion for collaboration, lifelong learning, and driving business value through AI.
Preferred: Experience using the Databricks Intelligence Platform and Apache Spark to process large-scale distributed datasets.
