Description

  • Deliver professional services engagements to design, prototype, and productionize GenAI applications for customers across domains.
  • Develop cutting-edge GenAI solutions that incorporate Databricks' Mosaic AI research and modern LLM techniques.
  • Own production rollouts of consumer-facing and internal GenAI applications, including deployment, evaluation, and optimization.
  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers, translating business needs into technical solutions and driving adoption.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and developer relations to influence product roadmap and long-term strategic priorities.
  • Support and partner with internal subject matter expert (SME) teams to scale solutions and share best practices.
  • Present technical work externally (e.g., Data + AI Summit) and internally to promote thought leadership and share learnings.

Requirements

  • Experience building GenAI applications (e.g., RAG, multi-agent systems, Text2SQL, fine-tuning) using tools such as HuggingFace, LangChain, and DSPy.
  • Proven expertise deploying production-grade GenAI applications, including evaluation methodologies and performance optimizations.
  • Extensive hands-on industry data science experience using tools like pandas, scikit-learn, and PyTorch.
  • Experience building production-grade ML deployments on a major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Graduate degree in a quantitative discipline (Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Operations Research, etc.) or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience communicating and/or teaching technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Fluency in English is required; French or German language skills are welcome.
  • Preferred: experience with the Databricks Intelligence Platform and Apache Spark™ for processing large-scale distributed datasets; familiarity with LLMOps and GenAI best practices.
