Description

  • Develop GenAI solutions using the latest techniques from Mosaic AI research to solve customer problems.
  • Own production rollouts of consumer and internal GenAI applications.
  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers across multiple domains.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to shape priorities and influence the product roadmap.
  • Work closely with internal subject matter expert teams to support customer engagements.
  • Present at conferences such as Data + AI Summit and represent the team as a thought leader.
  • Deliver professional services engagements that help customers build and productionize AI applications.

Requirements

  • Experience building GenAI applications, including RAG, multi-agent systems, Text2SQL, and fine-tuning.
  • Experience with tools such as HuggingFace, LangChain, and DSPy.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience as a Data Scientist, preferably in a consulting role.
  • Experience deploying production-grade GenAI applications, including evaluation and optimization.
  • Extensive hands-on industry data science experience with tools such as pandas, scikit-learn, and PyTorch.
  • Experience building production-grade machine learning deployments on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Graduate degree in a quantitative discipline such as Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or Operations Research, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience communicating and teaching technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Preferred experience using the Databricks Intelligence Platform and Apache Spark to process large-scale distributed datasets.
