Description

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth, reduce costs, and improve profitability across the territory.
  • Grow the client base and expand the regional book of business to meet annual targets.
  • Plan and manage customer outreach and opportunity tracking using Salesforce.
  • Travel within the territory to meet prospects and strengthen client relationships.
  • Maintain and nurture existing client relationships and support smooth transitions to account managers.
  • Present Daniels Health’s products and services to key stakeholders and align client needs with business strengths to prepare tailored proposals.
  • Collaborate on contract development and lead negotiations with clients.
  • Research market trends, identify new business opportunities, and support upselling and portfolio growth within existing accounts.
  • Track performance and work with the Account Manager to refine strategies and improve results.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of industry experience.
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience designing and implementing business development strategies.
  • Proven negotiation ability and strong conflict resolution capabilities.
  • Hospital services or related service industry experience highly desirable.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and strong presentation skills with value-based selling confidence.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to motivate a team.
  • Outstanding computer skills, including Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to travel within the assigned territory.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary range: $87,173 - $131,019 per year.
  • Total compensation may include an annual performance bonus and/or other incentive compensation plans.
  • Full-time role with remote work arrangement (territory travel required).
