Description

  • Lead cross-functional strategic growth initiatives from planning through execution.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, risk logs, and accountability measures.
  • Partner with executive leadership to identify operational improvement opportunities and support scaling efforts.
  • Coordinate communication and collaboration among internal stakeholders, vendors, and leadership teams.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks or roadblocks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Analyze project outcomes, KPIs, and business impact metrics to inform recommendations and growth strategies.
  • Facilitate meetings, track action items, and ensure follow-through on deliverables and deadlines.
  • Support change management efforts as teams adopt new processes, systems, and organizational initiatives.
  • Handle other duties and special projects as assigned based on business needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of project management, operations, or strategic initiatives experience.
  • Business experience in a healthcare and/or insurance setting preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with leadership teams and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar platforms preferred.
  • Experience with process improvement, workflow optimization, and performance reporting is highly preferred.
  • Must supply and support own internet service and maintain an uninterrupted internet connection for work from home.
