Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on active low- and mid-complexity projects.
  • Gather client direction and manage expectations throughout project delivery.
  • Coordinate and prioritize work across client responsibilities and agency teams.
  • Anticipate, identify, and mitigate project risks before they become issues.
  • Translate client interactions into clear, actionable project direction.
  • Partner with Account, Creative, Finance, Strategy, and Technology teams from activation through final delivery.
  • Create and manage project timelines, resource assignments, and daily hot sheets.
  • Facilitate project communication by capturing meeting notes, outlining next steps, and running client and internal meetings.
  • Support financial management activities including estimating, budgeting, reconciliation, billing, and financial status reporting.
  • Prepare and lead client submissions and monitor task assignments for internal project teams.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of relevant experience, preferably in an agency or pharma setting.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Client-facing experience.
  • Solid presentation skills.
  • Ability to lead scoping and estimation for low- and mid-complexity work.
  • Ability to support financial projections and month-level revenue delivery.
  • Preferred consideration for candidates based on the East Coast of the United States; other regions may be considered depending on qualifications and experience.
  • Remote, hybrid, or flexible working arrangement depending on team and client needs.

  • Base salary of $55,000 to $70,000 per year.
