Description

  • Evaluate incoming referral volume to determine block time needs.
  • Partner with Sales and Managing Directors to define block time requirements.
  • Review client fee schedules and turnaround time requirements to negotiate physician agreement terms.
  • Recruit, onboard, and manage medical providers to support regional referral needs.
  • Secure examination facilities and add them to the available resources database when needed.
  • Maintain the block time calendar and support Operations to optimize scheduling throughput.
  • Monitor CSR boards to ensure scheduling teams are filling block time sessions.
  • Coordinate with Marketing and Sales to distribute provider bios and scheduling collateral.
  • Maintain physician profile data, exam locations, fees, doctor groups, and activation status as needed.
  • Manage administrative onboarding tasks, including collecting agreements, applications, CVs, W9s, and NPDB documentation.
  • Foster ongoing relationships with panel doctors through face-to-face meetings and field presence.
  • Complete other duties and special projects as assigned based on business needs.

Requirements

  • An Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
  • Business experience in a healthcare and/or insurance setting is preferred.
  • Ability to perform work that may involve lifting, bending, traveling, long periods of sitting, and extensive computer work.
  • Must supply and support personal internet service for a work-from-home role.
  • Maintaining an uninterrupted internet connection is required for this work-from-home position.
  • Ability to handle administrative work related to physician panel maintenance and scheduling operations.
  • Ability to work within pre-established guidelines when negotiating costs and contract terms.
  • Willingness to obtain and manage required paperwork for physician onboarding, including agreement, application, CV, W9, and NPDB.
