Description

Lead technical work within existing Agile teams.
Collaborate directly with client engineering teams on a daily basis.
Develop and maintain backend services using PHP, Laravel, APIs, and unit tests.
Build and enhance frontend applications with Vue.js.
Work with MySQL/MariaDB databases and related infrastructure.
Mentor other engineers and contribute to team development.
Investigate and troubleshoot production issues.
Contribute independently and ramp up quickly on new projects.

Requirements

6–9 years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer.
Experience with PHP 8+, Laravel, API development, and unit testing.
Experience with Vue.js 3+.
Experience with MySQL or MariaDB.
Proficiency with Git, Docker, Apache, and Linux.
Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude or GitHub Copilot.
Strong technical leadership, mentoring, and production troubleshooting abilities.
Strong English communication skills.
Availability for substantial overlap with US Eastern working hours.
Preferred experience with Elasticsearch, Logstash, MongoDB, GitHub Actions, TypeScript, or Zend/Laminas.
