Description

  • Design, build, and ship autonomous AI agents in Python for production environments.
  • Translate business problems into reliable, executable AI systems.
  • Integrate classical machine learning models into backend decision pipelines.
  • Orchestrate internal APIs and structured agent workflows.
  • Ensure system reliability, observability, and measurable business impact.
  • Work independently with high ownership in a fast-paced environment.
  • Operate within an AI-assisted development workflow using tools such as Claude and OpenAI.
  • Validate, refine, and productionize AI-generated code.
  • Collaborate in real-time technical discussions and delivery efforts with the team.

Requirements

  • Proven experience building and shipping AI agents or autonomous systems to production.
  • Strong Python development experience with production-grade systems.
  • Solid understanding of classical machine learning, including gradient boosted trees and structured/tabular data modeling.
  • Ability to perform basic feature engineering.
  • Experience integrating ML models into real backend systems.
  • Experience using LLMs such as Claude or OpenAI as coding collaborators.
  • Ability to act as architect and system designer while AI generates a significant portion of the code.
  • Senior-level end-to-end delivery experience in small, fast-moving, product-driven teams.
  • Strong system design and debugging skills.
  • Experience working with APIs and distributed systems; AWS or similar cloud experience is preferred.
  • Advanced English communication skills, at C1 level or above.
  • Strong communication skills and comfort with real-time collaboration and technical discussions.
