Description

  • Build AI communication pipelines that classify inbound messages and generate contextual responses with human approval gates.
  • Develop AI-powered sales intelligence workflows that turn enrichment data into structured pre-call briefs.
  • Design and improve the RAG system, including vector database retrieval, markdown-aware chunking, async ingestion, and semantic search APIs.
  • Create and run a trend intelligence engine that processes RSS feeds, social media, video platforms, and search trends into reports, forecasts, and content drafts.
  • Build a multi-agent content quality pipeline with outline, audit, and generation stages and enforce binary quality gates with citations.
  • Develop automated lead qualification workflows that enrich leads, score them, and generate audit reports.
  • Build an AI executive assistant for Slack operations, scheduling workflows, email triage, and follow-ups.
  • Optimize AI systems for cost, performance, observability, and production reliability across the full stack.
  • Debug classification errors and expand content quality systems to support additional formats and use cases.
  • Build dashboards for AI metrics and usage and add observability to production pipelines.

Requirements

  • Production LLM experience with Claude, OpenAI, or similar models in real systems.
  • Experience building RAG systems, including embeddings, retrieval, chunking, and context handling.
  • 3+ years of experience with TypeScript and Node.js.
  • Strong React skills.
  • Experience with PostgreSQL, including queries, migrations, and indexing.
  • Experience integrating APIs such as REST, OAuth, and webhooks.
  • Linux server experience, including SSH, logs, debugging, and deployments.
  • Experience improving AI pipelines, classification systems, or LLM performance in production.
  • Experience with multi-agent LLM systems is a plus.
  • Anthropic Claude expertise is a plus.
  • Vector search and embeddings experience is a plus.
  • Slack API experience is a plus.
  • Experience with ad platform APIs such as Meta, Google, or LinkedIn is a plus.
  • Experience with LLM observability, including cost tracking, tracing, and monitoring, is a plus.
  • Amazon or eCommerce experience is a plus.
  • Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor or Claude Code is a plus.
