Description

  • Lead the technical design, development, and end-to-end implementation of Salesforce solutions.
  • Develop and integrate platform processes with core systems and external platforms.
  • Design and build applications in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • Oversee and support production operations (BAU) to ensure stability and continuity of services.
  • Manage the development team, ensure code quality, and promote best practices.
  • Ensure solutions meet security, scalability, and performance standards.
  • Act as the technical reference for the embedded Salesforce team within the client organization.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and proactively propose architecture improvements.
  • Mentor the team and help raise its overall technical level.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience developing and implementing Salesforce solutions.
  • Experience leading technical teams and coordinating developers.
  • Intermediate to advanced English.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems, Informatics, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with Force.com, including Visualforce, Triggers, and Apex.
  • Experience with Lightning Components and Aura.
  • Experience with Service Cloud and Sales Cloud.
  • Experience with REST and SOAP web services.
  • Experience using Apex Data Loader, Process Builder, and declarative automation.
  • Experience generating PDFs and Excel files from Visualforce.
  • Experience with GitHub, DigitSec, and AppOmni.
  • Technical leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and results orientation.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Self-driven mindset focused on continuous improvement.
