Description

  • Design and maintain data integration solutions using Informatica Cloud, including creating mappings, transformations, and workflows to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data.
  • Integrate Salesforce with on-premise and cloud systems using the Informatica Cloud Connector to manage data migrations, synchronizations, and real-time integrations.
  • Connect to and extract data from ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and other relational databases, handling complex data structures and business logic.
  • Install, configure, administer, and troubleshoot the Informatica Secure Agent to ensure secure and reliable data transfers between sources and targets.
  • Perform data transformation, cleansing, enrichment, and standardization to meet business requirements before loading into target systems like Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure successful delivery of integration projects.
  • Manage and monitor integration workflows, data migrations, and synchronizations to ensure data quality, timeliness, and error resolution.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for complex data integration issues and maintain documentation for integration solutions.

Requirements

  • Strong background in data integration and ETL principles.
  • Proven experience with Informatica Cloud Data Integration (CDI), including advanced transformations and workflow design.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce, including familiarity with its data model, APIs (REST/SOAP), and best practices for data loading.
  • Hands-on experience integrating with ERP systems such as SAP and other major ERP platforms.
  • Experience working with relational databases and extracting/transforming relational data.
  • Expertise in installation, configuration, administration, and troubleshooting of the Informatica Secure Agent.
  • Knowledge of data transformation techniques for cleansing, enrichment, and standardization.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex data integration issues.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
