Description

  • Design, develop, and maintain fullstack web applications.
  • Build and consume REST APIs and web services in .NET.
  • Model, query, and optimize databases in MS SQL Server.
  • Develop modern, robust, and maintainable frontend interfaces.
  • Translate business needs into functional technical solutions.
  • Improve and maintain existing systems through continuous enhancements.
  • Ensure quality, performance, and stability across all application layers.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on technical decisions.
  • Develop complete features end to end across frontend, backend, and database layers.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a fullstack developer.
  • Strong experience working across multiple application layers.
  • Backend development experience with C# / .NET, including MVC, .NET Core, and Web API.
  • Advanced MS SQL Server skills, including complex queries, stored procedures, query optimization, and data modeling.
  • At least 3 years of experience with modern frontend development.
  • Experience with one or more frontend frameworks: Vue (preferred), React, or Angular.
  • Proven ability to deliver complete features end to end across frontend, backend, and database.
  • Knowledge of HTML5, JavaScript, and API consumption.
  • Intermediate English for technical reading and basic communication.
  • Availability to work aligned with Mexico time zone (Culiacán, Sinaloa).
  • Based in LATAM, preferably Mexico, Colombia, Peru, or Guatemala.
  • Experience working with existing systems, not only greenfield development.
  • Engineering, Computer Science, or related degree is desirable.
  • Preferred experience with ASP.NET WebForms or legacy systems.
  • Preferred knowledge of Python.
  • Preferred experience with CMS platforms.
  • Preferred exposure to AI integrations such as ChatGPT API or Google Cloud.
  • Preferred experience with usability testing.
