Description

  • Partner with BDR leadership and top performers to strengthen core prospecting skills, including ICP messaging, outreach sequencing, discovery, and objection handling.
  • Support the BDR onboarding program by scheduling sessions, maintaining training paths and resources, and gathering feedback to improve the experience.
  • Create and maintain BDR readiness resources such as talk tracks, call guides, battlecards, email and call templates, and sequence examples.
  • Coordinate cross-functional inputs from Product, Marketing, Services, and Revenue Operations into clear BDR-ready updates.
  • Support recurring learning sessions, team meetings, and certifications by assisting with agendas, materials, facilitation, and follow-up.
  • Help optimize BDR workflows and tool usage by documenting best practices and reinforcing adoption.
  • Track enablement inputs and outcomes such as attendance, completion, and content usage, and support reporting on BDR productivity indicators.
  • Support content governance and quality assurance for BDR-facing materials to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with brand standards.
  • Maintain a working understanding of the competitive landscape and industry trends to keep messaging and objection-handling resources current.
  • Identify common performance gaps and recommend practical enablement actions in partnership with BDR leadership.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience supporting revenue enablement, revenue operations, business development, or a related go-to-market function in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of BDR goals and success measures, including activity, conversion rates, meetings set, and pipeline contribution.
  • Demonstrated project coordination skills, including organizing stakeholders, managing timelines, and driving follow-through.
  • Ability to manage multiple requests, prioritize effectively, and deliver high-quality work in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create clear enablement assets and support live facilitation.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with Business Development, Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations stakeholders at multiple levels.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy, with a focus on content quality, version control, and consistent processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams, and comfort supporting BDR tools such as CRM, sales engagement/sequencing tools, content management, and conversation intelligence.
  • Bachelor’s degree in education, business, curriculum design, a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience with virtual learning environments, content portals, knowledge bases, and/or learning management systems is preferred.
