Description

  • Source candidates using multiple search platforms to build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
  • Pre-screen candidates through resume review and phone screening to assess fit for client needs.
  • Conduct internal assessments, including pre-screening, grammar checks, and initial interviews.
  • Prepare candidate profiles, resumes, correspondence, and reference requests for client submission.
  • Manage the interview and selection process from shortlist to final placement.
  • Define job descriptions, document project specifications, and maintain project documentation.
  • Monitor active recruitment projects, track progress, and prepare status reports for Recruitment Managers.
  • Communicate with candidates to provide updates and explain assessment and interview outcomes.
  • Coordinate with clients to understand hiring needs, present shortlisted candidates, and schedule interviews.
  • Stay current on recruiting trends and contribute to a sustainable candidate lead strategy.

Requirements

  • 2-3+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience.
  • Client-facing experience as a recruiter.
  • Ability to place at least 4-5 candidates per month.
  • Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods.
  • Familiarity with a wide variety of sourcing avenues.
  • Computer proficiency, including Google Workspace and Office 365 or equivalent.
  • Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems, HRIS systems, and CRM tools.
  • Experience in client management and managing multiple searches at different stages of the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to make decisions independently.

  • Base salary up to Php 65,000.
  • Incentives and commissions on placements.
  • HMO coverage after 3 months.
  • 100% remote work setup.
  • Monday to Friday schedule, 6:30am to 3:30pm Philippine Standard Time.
  • AU public holidays.
