Description

  • Build and maintain multi-site shift rosters and master schedules aligned with client demand forecasts.
  • Respond to shift cancellations, absences, and urgent staffing requests by arranging timely backfill coverage.
  • Communicate with client hiring contacts, site managers, and frontline contract workers by phone and email.
  • Coordinate onboarding documentation and verify right-to-work status, licenses, medical clearances, and site inductions.
  • Maintain accurate roster databases, personnel records, tracking systems, and Excel workbooks.
  • Provide standby support for live scheduling emergencies, client escalations, and schedule changes.

Requirements

  • Experience in recruitment administration, coordination, or operations within a labor-hire agency, high-volume recruitment firm, or workforce solutions environment.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel formulas, lookups, data validation, and pivot reporting.
  • Experience using recruitment, scheduling, or database platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills for engaging AU/NZ clients and candidates.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, high inbound call volumes, and real-time scheduling issues.
  • Willingness to work rotational shifts aligned with Australian operating hours and public holidays, including standby coverage.
  • A reliable, distraction-free home office with stable high-speed internet and backup power.
  • Ability to work independently with strong ownership, attention to detail, and composure under pressure.
  • Experience supporting blue-collar, aviation, logistics, retail, or hospitality labor-hire accounts in Australia and New Zealand (preferred).
  • Familiarity with AU Fair Work standards, enterprise awards, labor-hire compliance, WFM/automated rostering tools, or agency ATS platforms (preferred).

Benefits

  • Php 30,000–Php 35,000 monthly compensation.
  • Full-time remote independent contractor arrangement.
