Description

Own end-to-end recruitment delivery for junior through senior-level roles.
Partner with hiring managers to define business and hiring requirements.
Provide market intelligence and talent mapping to identify top candidates.
Ensure roles are filled on time while maintaining strong delivery results.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure a compliant, high-quality recruitment process and candidate experience.
Contribute to recruitment projects, including business analysis and process and systems improvements.
Support global hiring across multiple markets and time zones.
Prepare clear, structured reports on hiring progress, challenges, and results.

Requirements

5+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience.
Strong experience partnering with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
Ability to support multiple business units and manage competing hiring priorities.
Experience conducting in-depth talent mapping.
Data-driven approach and familiarity with hiring data matrices to report challenges and progress.
Fluency in English and Mandarin to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
Relevant industry experience is preferred.
