Description

  • Lead senior-level hiring across business and technology functions, from intake through offer acceptance.
  • Build proactive leadership talent pipelines through market intelligence, competitor mapping, executive networks, referrals, and direct sourcing.
  • Partner with business leaders, CXOs, and hiring managers to define strategic talent needs and hiring priorities.
  • Develop and execute search strategies for niche and business-critical roles.
  • Manage hiring quality, timelines, candidate experience, and recruitment metrics.
  • Mentor recruiters and provide stakeholders with updates on pipeline progress, risks, and closure plans.
  • Lead senior-level compensation discussions, manage candidate expectations, and negotiate offers to reduce dropouts.

Requirements

  • 10–14 years of experience as a Recruiter or Senior Recruiter.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Authorization to work in Canada.
  • Experience with a consulting company that has global operations, particularly in the US and India (highly preferred).
  • Experience hiring data science, analytics, data engineering, and machine learning talent (preferred).
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and Google platform skills.
  • Knowledge of work visa and immigration processes (preferred).
  • Ability to work proactively and independently with limited supervision.
  • Ability to adapt and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced, growing environment.
  • Excellent communication, organization, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
