Description

  • Coordinate interviews among candidates, hiring teams, and leadership while managing logistics and communication.
  • Maintain professional candidate relationships, provide updates, and support a positive candidate experience.
  • Manage candidate records, interactions, status updates, and pipeline metrics in Lever.
  • Support background checks through Checkr, reference checks, job postings, and post-hire coordination with HR and IT.
  • Monitor recruiting metrics, research salary benchmarks, and track labor market trends.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess qualifications, interest, cultural fit, and core competencies after onboarding.
  • Perform additional recruiting and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of hands-on recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to conduct professional interviews and interact with C-suite stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, preferably Lever, as well as Google Workspace and Slack.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong data-entry and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • General understanding of employment laws, hiring compliance, and recruiting best practices.
  • Prior recruiting experience from internships, corporate environments, or specialized agencies preferred.
  • Familiarity with JuiceBox AI, Metaview AI, or similar recruiting technology preferred.
  • Working knowledge of digital marketing concepts and professional networking platforms such as LinkedIn preferred.
