Description

  • Prepare cost code reports in Excel.
  • Prepare and send payment schedules to suppliers.
  • Track supplier spend against purchase orders and flag when approved PO amounts are exceeded.
  • Maintain accurate reconciliation and account records in Excel on a daily basis.
  • Raise questions and flag discrepancies proactively as they arise.

Requirements

  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including data entry, formatting, sorting, filtering, and basic formulas such as SUM, AVERAGE, COUNT, MIN, and MAX.
  • Ability to build and maintain reconciliation reports in Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal English.
  • Comfortable working independently and proactively flagging issues or blockers.
  • Open to recent graduates in accounting, finance, commerce, or a similar field.
  • Candidates with existing bookkeeping or accounts experience are also considered.
  • Strong Excel ability is the deciding factor, not years of experience.
  • Experience bookkeeping for an Australian construction, building, civil, fit-out, or trade business is highly regarded.
  • Experience using MYOB is highly regarded.
  • Experience using Procore or similar construction management software is highly regarded.

Benefits

  • Salary of PHP 30,000 to PHP 40,000 per month.
