Description

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment assignments from client briefing and sourcing through interviews, offer negotiation and placement.
  • Advise clients on role requirements, hiring priorities and recruitment strategy.
  • Headhunt candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, direct outreach, referrals and specialist networks.
  • Build and maintain specialist talent pipelines across fashion, retail, beauty, lifestyle and e-commerce disciplines.
  • Assess candidate experience, technical capability, motivations and fit for each opportunity.
  • Prepare accurate candidate summaries and present qualified shortlists.
  • Manage candidate relationships, coordinate interviews, gather feedback and maintain process momentum.
  • Own recruitment desk priorities and maintain accurate records in the recruitment CRM.
  • Develop client relationships and identify opportunities for repeat business.
  • Collaborate with the wider team on Australian and US recruitment assignments.

Requirements

  • Solid agency recruitment experience, with current or recent recruitment experience in fashion, retail, beauty, lifestyle or e-commerce.
  • Demonstrated success managing recruitment assignments and delivering placements.
  • Strong knowledge of a specialist market, including relevant roles, skills and candidate profiles.
  • Strong headhunting, candidate management and talent-network-building capability.
  • Experience managing a recruitment desk with ownership, urgency and commercial focus.
  • Confidence and credibility when engaging senior clients and candidates.
  • Practical experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and recruitment CRMs.
  • Excellent written and verbal English, organisation, attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and maintain ongoing early-start hours aligned with the Australian business day.
  • Experience recruiting for Australian or US clients, international recruitment exposure, executive-search experience, or an established specialist network is highly regarded.
