Description

  • Manage the CEO’s inbox, calendar, priorities, and action items.
  • Draft and prepare correspondence, reports, agendas, presentations, and meeting materials.
  • Coordinate meetings, travel, events, and follow-up on deadlines.
  • Support Board governance by preparing board packs, scheduling meetings, taking minutes, and tracking actions.
  • Maintain governance records, compliance documents, and reporting obligations.
  • Assist with recruitment, job advertisements, interviews, onboarding, and employee documentation.
  • Support HR policies, staff engagement initiatives, training coordination, and digital personnel filing.
  • Assist health and safety administration, including audits, evidence collection, and record maintenance.
  • Maintain the contract register, track deadlines and budget status, and support project planning and reporting.
  • Organise and maintain digital filing systems, SOPs, templates, and operating manuals.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a PA, EA, or in a similar support role.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Experience supporting governance, HR, or compliance functions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional, proactive, and solutions-focused approach.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • Commitment to kaupapa Māori values and community development.

Benefits
