Description

  • Maintain and update the ecommerce website to improve user experience and content quality.
  • Upload, update, and manage large product catalogs with thousands of SKUs.
  • Replace and optimize product images and presentation across listings.
  • Support front-end design improvements, pricing updates, and general ecommerce administration.
  • Manage the integration between printer and supplies databases.
  • Ensure daily supplier stock updates are imported and synchronized accurately.
  • Monitor product feeds, inventory levels, and database connections to resolve syncing and matching issues.
  • Work with APIs, data feeds, CSV files, and other integration methods.
  • Document integration processes and recommend improvements to reduce manual work.
  • Create and maintain clean, responsive page layouts and landing pages.
  • Support future digital marketing tasks such as SEO, email campaigns, and social media scheduling.
  • Assist with online research, process documentation, automation, and ad hoc business support.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing ecommerce websites such as PrestaShop, Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar platforms.
  • Strong front-end web design skills with basic to intermediate HTML/CSS knowledge.
  • Hands-on experience with ecommerce, inventory, product database, or supplier feed integrations.
  • Experience with APIs, automated product feeds, CSV imports, and database synchronization.
  • Ability to troubleshoot product, inventory, and data integration issues.
  • Experience managing large product catalogs and high-volume SKU data.
  • Excellent written English and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow complex, multi-step processes with high accuracy.
  • Tech-savvy and eager to learn new software, systems, and AI tools.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently.
  • Prior experience with printer, cartridge, office supplies, or compatibility databases is desirable.
  • Experience with daily automated supplier stock updates is desirable.
  • Understanding of product-matching logic, relational databases, or inventory management systems is desirable.
  • Familiarity with ERP or warehouse management system (WMS) integrations is desirable.
  • Practical experience using AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT or Claude is desirable.
  • Basic graphic design skills using Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite are desirable.
  • Working knowledge of SEO principles and email marketing tools is desirable.
