Description

  • Lead the development, management, and evolution of CRM automations, segments, and customer lifecycle customisation.
  • Identify gaps and opportunities in the customer journey and prioritise new CRM initiatives.
  • Set the CRM roadmap to support client growth objectives.
  • Plan and execute email and SMS campaigns, including product launches, promotions, and key trading moments.
  • Work with design resources to create or brief campaign visuals and ensure alignment with brand tone of voice.
  • Own CRM reporting and performance analysis across revenue, open and click rates, conversion, and LTV.
  • Translate campaign and customer data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Stay current on CRM developments and apply new ideas to improve performance.
  • Maintain data hygiene and integrity as systems and business needs evolve.
  • Collaborate with content and performance marketing teams to determine offers, campaign plans, and customer communication strategies.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • 3+ years of experience in an agency environment.
  • Strong retention marketing knowledge.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience working with creative teams, including digital design, to prepare visual assets for campaigns.
  • Good knowledge of HTML/CSS.
  • Hands-on experience with EDM and other CRM marketing tools.
  • Detail-oriented and well-organised, with strong prioritisation skills.
  • Ability to manage complexity and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Passionate team player who can collaborate across departments.
