Description

  • Operationalize CRM campaigns and journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Build and review audience segments and target lists.
  • Configure sends across channels such as email, push, WhatsApp, SMS, HSM, and in-app.
  • Track the campaign calendar and prioritize incoming requests.
  • Validate communications through testing and operational QA.
  • Monitor operational metrics and follow campaign results.
  • Support process design, documentation, and continuous improvement of the CRM operation.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to align on requests, deadlines, and execution details.
  • Support experiment setup and A/B testing initiatives.

Requirements

  • Experience with CRM and campaign operations.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Strong organization and ability to manage multiple demands.
  • Good communication and relationship-building across different teams.
  • Analytical profile with attention to detail.
  • Experience with CRM channels and multichannel journeys is preferred.
  • Knowledge of SQL and database segmentation is preferred.
  • Experience with A/B testing and performance analysis is preferred.
  • Experience in marketing/CRM operations in high-volume environments is preferred.
  • Remote work availability.
