Description

  • Proactively source and engage candidates through Workable, LinkedIn, job boards, and other platforms.
  • Develop targeted search strategies for current and upcoming hiring requirements.
  • Conduct initial outreach, screening conversations, and resume reviews to assess candidate fit and interest.
  • Maintain accurate candidate profiles and talent pipelines in the ATS.
  • Collect candidate materials, including introduction videos, portfolios, assessments, and supporting documents.
  • Coordinate and track candidate assessments to support timely processing.
  • Collaborate with recruiters to move candidates through the early hiring stages.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment, preferably in outsourcing or offshore staffing.
  • Experience in an IT service-based business; Microsoft industry experience is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience using ATS tools, preferably Workable.
  • Required: Proven hands-on experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn.
  • Experience using job boards and other sourcing platforms.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for candidate outreach, engagement, and screening.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple pipelines and tasks.
  • Basic familiarity with typing assessments and candidate evaluation methods.
  • Ability to review resumes and assess candidate fit against role requirements.
  • Self-driven and proactive, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

  • Monthly salary of ZAR 9,240–10,560.

  • Monday–Friday schedule during South African business hours, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
