Description

  • Source candidates using multiple search methods and build a strong candidate pipeline.
  • Pre-screen candidates through resume review and phone screening to assess fit for client roles.
  • Conduct internal assessments, including pre-screening, grammar checks, and initial interviews.
  • Prepare candidate profiles, resumes, correspondence, and reference requests for client submission.
  • Manage the full interview and selection process through to final placement.
  • Define job descriptions, document specifications, and maintain project documentation.
  • Track active recruitment projects, provide progress updates, and submit status reports to Recruitment Managers.
  • Communicate with candidates to keep them informed throughout the recruitment process.
  • Work with clients to understand hiring needs, present shortlisted candidates, and coordinate interviews.
  • Stay current on recruiting trends and develop a sustainable candidate lead strategy.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or Recruiter with full end-to-end recruitment responsibility.
  • Mandatory experience recruiting for UK clients.
  • Demonstrated experience sourcing and hiring for mortgage industry roles, including Mortgage Brokers, Credit Analysts, Loan Processors, and Parabrokers.
  • Strong client management experience with the ability to manage multiple client accounts and build long-term relationships.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven recruitment environment.
  • Experience working in or supporting an Australian recruitment agency is highly preferred.
  • Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search, and other sourcing tools.
  • Familiarity with Australian hiring practices, recruitment processes, and market expectations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
  • Experience using ATS platforms such as Workable and HubSpot CRM.
  • Ability to work remotely and align with Australian business hours.

Benefits

  • Base salary of ZAR 18,300 to ZAR 21,500 per month.
  • Incentives and commissions on placements.
  • HMO coverage after 3 months.
  • Remote full-time work arrangement.
  • Monday to Friday schedule, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM SA time.
