Description

  • Develop and own the overall digital marketing strategy to support brand growth and lead generation goals.
  • Lead, manage, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns across social media, email, search engines, and paid advertising platforms.
  • Oversee SEO, SEM, and PPC strategies to improve online visibility, traffic, and conversion rates.
  • Manage social media strategy, content calendars, and brand messaging.
  • Analyze campaign performance, website traffic, and key metrics to continuously optimize marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.
  • Manage email marketing strategies, automation workflows, and CRM integrations.
  • Plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising budgets across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
  • Provide guidance, direction, and mentorship to junior marketing team members or external partners as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 2–5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with proven experience in a Marketing Manager or Lead role.
  • Digital marketing experience with Australian or New Zealand clients, companies, or agencies is required.
  • Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and social media marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Business Manager.
  • Strong leadership, project management, and decision-making skills.
  • Highly analytical, with the ability to translate data into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms is a plus.
  • Portfolio is required.
