Description

  • Develop and implement an effective sales plan to meet or exceed objectives for acquiring new clients.
  • Cold-call prospective clients from lists provided by the US BD team to qualify interest in staffing services.
  • Use email outreach to contact current and prospective clients, answer questions, and schedule or reschedule meetings with the US-based BD team.
  • Accept and handle inbound calls from prospective clients, fielding basic questions and concerns about staffing services.
  • Schedule follow-up meetings between prospective clients and BD representatives.
  • Keep a detailed log of calls, including unanswered calls, and attempt repeat contact as needed.
  • Use CRM to document leads, assign them appropriately, and track outreach activity.
  • Explore and cold-call into new markets to understand business segments, identify potential needs, and set up appointments for the US team.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in lead generation work.
  • Proven ability and willingness to conduct outbound cold-calling and email outreach.
  • Computer competency and comfort using CRM systems to document and assign leads.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with professional phone and email etiquette.
  • Awareness of business trends and ability to research and understand new market segments.
  • Ability to handle inbound calls and manage scheduling and follow-ups with the US-based BD team.
  • Healthcare staffing experience is helpful but not required.
