Description

  • Lead and support HR operations across employee relations, benefits management, regulatory compliance, workplace safety, and employee engagement.
  • Work with senior management to develop and evaluate HR policies, programs, functions, and activities.
  • Recommend, implement, and coordinate HR policies and programs, including employee relations, workers’ compensation, and training and development.
  • Maintain compliance with state and federal employment laws and regulations and ensure policies align with company vision.
  • Prepare, generate, and analyze regular and ad hoc reports on staffing levels, turnover, absenteeism, affirmative action/EEO, compensation, promotions, and related personnel data.
  • Monitor changes in employment laws and regulations, identify trends affecting organizational objectives, and advise management and associates accordingly.
  • Participate in investigations and resolution of employee relations issues and help develop corrective actions.
  • Perform additional related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in Human Resources.
  • 2+ years of professional supervisory experience preferred.
  • 2+ years of recent experience in a staffing or agency environment preferred.
  • PHR or SHRM-CP certification highly desired.
  • Thorough knowledge of multi-state employment laws and regulations.
  • Strong organizational, critical thinking, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, confidentiality, and sound judgment.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, payroll, HRIS, talent management systems, dashboards, presentations, and C-suite reporting.
