Description

  • Establish Cyara as a category leader in AI Trust and AI assurance through original technical insights and frameworks.
  • Publish technical papers, blogs, and industry viewpoints on AI testing, LLM and agentic AI evaluation, AI reliability, governance, and CX observability.
  • Represent Cyara as a technical thought leader at conferences, panels, webinars, and developer events.
  • Translate complex platform capabilities into clear technical narratives for developers, architects, and technical decision-makers.
  • Deliver deep technical demos, workshops, and architecture sessions with enterprise customers and partners.
  • Engage developers, AI engineers, and platform architects through technical content, reference architectures, and example implementations.
  • Act as a bridge between the external technical community and Cyara’s product teams by providing structured feedback to influence roadmap and developer experience.
  • Support Sales Engineering, Partners, and Customer Success with deep technical expertise.
  • Build demo environments and solution architectures for key use cases.
  • Help internal teams understand how Cyara’s AI platform works under the hood.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in roles such as Technical Evangelist, Developer Advocate, Solutions Architect, Technical Product Leader, or AI Architect.
  • Deep understanding of AI/ML systems, APIs, and cloud architectures.
  • Hands-on experience with LLMs, conversational AI, or AI agents.
  • Strong familiarity with software development and developer ecosystems.
  • Preferred technical skills include Python, JavaScript, or similar languages.
  • Experience with AI evaluation, testing frameworks, or observability tools is preferred.
  • Knowledge of contact center platforms such as Genesys, NICE, Five9, or Zoom is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence technical communities and industry conversations.
  • Track record of publishing technical content and speaking at conferences.
  • Experience working with enterprise customers and developer ecosystems.

  • $190,000 - $220,000 a year OTE, with pay determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
