Description

  • Develop and own the enterprise AI adoption strategy aligned with business objectives and long-term growth plans.
  • Identify, prioritize, and scale high-impact AI use cases across procurement, operations, sales, customer service, and finance.
  • Serve as the internal authority on enterprise AI tools, platforms, best practices, and emerging AI opportunities and risks.
  • Design and execute enterprise-wide change management programs to drive sustained AI adoption across all levels and functions.
  • Build internal champions, AI ambassadors, and center-of-excellence structures to expand AI literacy and usage.
  • Develop training curricula, playbooks, and role-based enablement programs for employees at all levels.
  • Lead executive communications, all-hands presentations, and town halls related to AI strategy and adoption.
  • Partner with IT, Data Engineering, HR, Legal, and Finance to embed AI into core business processes and governance.
  • Manage external AI vendors, consultants, and technology partners.
  • Define KPIs, report progress to leadership, and build business cases and ROI models for AI investments.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of AI program managers, analysts, and change agents.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in technology strategy, digital transformation, or enterprise software adoption.
  • 5+ years in a leadership or director-level role with experience managing cross-functional programs.
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise AI/ML tools.
  • Proven experience designing and executing large-scale change management programs in complex organizations.
  • Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience building business cases and measuring technology ROI.
  • Current authorization to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis; the company does not sponsor work visas.
  • Ability to work remotely in a distraction-free environment.
  • Open to living in or relocating to one of the listed states: Arizona, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, or Washington.
  • Travel to the Melville, NY headquarters 6 times per year for internal meetings and team-building activities.
  • Experience with large language models, agentic workflows, and AI-powered analytics (preferred).
  • Experience establishing responsible AI governance, data privacy standards, and risk frameworks (preferred).
