Description

  • Develop and execute the APAC growth strategy in alignment with Cyara’s global objectives and long-term vision.
  • Own regional commercial performance across new business acquisition, customer expansion, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Establish a disciplined operating cadence for planning, forecasting, performance management, and resource allocation.
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Solutions Consulting, and Marketing to generate pipeline, improve conversion, and strengthen customer outcomes.
  • Build and maintain executive relationships with strategic enterprise customers across the customer lifecycle.
  • Expand Cyara’s regional partner ecosystem, including Global Systems Integrators, cloud providers, and strategic technology partners.
  • Develop partnership strategies that increase market reach, accelerate pipeline creation, and contribute revenue growth.
  • Lead and develop the regional organization across Enterprise Sales, Customer Success, Solutions Consulting, and Strategic Alliances.
  • Coach and grow leadership capability through talent development, succession planning, and performance management.
  • Represent APAC in the broader leadership team and provide market, customer, and competitive insights to inform global strategy.

Requirements

  • 7 or more years of senior sales or commercial leadership experience in enterprise software, SaaS, or technology companies.
  • Proven experience leading enterprise go-to-market organizations with responsibility for regional growth, strategic partnerships, and executive customer engagement.
  • Significant experience leading multi-country go-to-market teams across Asia Pacific.
  • Demonstrated track record of scaling recurring revenue businesses and delivering sustained commercial growth.
  • Experience balancing new customer acquisition with customer retention and expansion strategies.
  • Strong executive relationship management skills with enterprise and Global 2000 customers.
  • Experience operating in high-growth and/or private equity-backed environments is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with customer experience, contact center technologies, conversational AI, testing, DevOps, or adjacent enterprise software markets is preferred.
