Description

  • Choose assignments that match your preferences and profile.
  • Visit luxury stores or evaluate brands online from home.
  • Interact with sales associates during store visits or online evaluations.
  • Observe the ambiance, service quality, and overall customer experience.
  • Complete questionnaires and submit honest feedback through the platform.
  • Manage missions, certifications, and feedback on the CXG Live platform.
  • Participate in multiple assignments per month across different luxury brands.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Must be a current customer of premium and luxury brands.
  • Must not be currently under contract with any retail brands to ensure impartiality.
  • Must be punctual, organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
  • Must be observant and passionate about customer experience.
  • No prior experience is required.
  • Must be able to complete the General Certification to access missions.
  • Must be willing to register, complete a profile, and get verified on the CXG platform.
