Description

  • Provide accurate support to brokers and admins via phone and email for administrative needs.
  • Assist with onboarding and system setup for new and renewing Sana plans.
  • Address and resolve customer issues, including billing discrepancies and coverage denials.
  • Track issues and provide progress updates to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions, inquiries, complaints, and resolutions.
  • Educate brokers and plan administrators on compliance requirements and contractual obligations.
  • Help users navigate the online portal and resolve administrative, technical, and legal issues.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA policies for protecting customer information.
  • Route tickets to the appropriate teams and collaborate with Claims, Care Teams, and Network Operations.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics for response time, resolution time, customer satisfaction, and quality.
  • Provide internal feedback on product issues and help safeguard the user experience.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in work areas adjacent to support.
  • Experience in health insurance or a related field preferred.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable working remotely and using modern web applications.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations with patience and resilience.
  • Adaptability to changing policies, procedures, and technology.
  • Outstanding communication skills across phone, email, chat, and written communication.
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to work deeply through complex issues.
