Description

  • Understand clients’ learning needs to deliver impactful training for their teams.
  • Liaise with the Project Manager and team to define training needs, objectives, and session schedules.
  • Support the design of effective training programs and content.
  • Deliver in-class and online training sessions, including retail programs, workshops, and coaching.
  • Create an engaging, dynamic learning environment that supports mindset change and skill development.
  • Use varied facilitation methods such as discussion, demonstration, games, and storytelling.
  • Coach participants on the floor or online as needed.
  • Work closely with team members to keep project requirements, deadlines, and schedules on track.

Requirements

  • Strong background in luxury retail, with skincare, perfume, and makeup experience preferred.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in service excellence, customer experience, and training.
  • Experience delivering classroom trainings, workshops, and on-the-job coaching.
  • Experience training frontline retail teams on customer experience mindset, emotional selling, service excellence, and clienteling/CRM.
  • Experience using interactive learning methods to engage participants.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Thai and English.
  • Ability to develop training materials and activities is a plus.
