Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Good understanding of the automobile industry.
  • Passion for automobiles and improving customer service and retail environments.
  • Enjoy interacting with people.
  • Keen eye for discreetly observing and noting details during the shopping experience.
  • Own a car and hold a valid driving license.
  • Ability to provide unbiased, honest feedback without personal biases.
  • Prompt in completing online surveys.
  • Must pass the general certification and register on live.cxg.com.
  • Prior familiarity with premium vehicles and luxury service expectations is preferred.
